Questions and answers
Does Yopla provide channels?
No. Yopla does not provide, sell or recommend any channel, content or provider. Add your own subscription, and only use it with content you have the right to watch.
Which subscriptions work with Yopla?
An Xtream account (server address, username and password) or an M3U link.
How do I add my subscription?
Open Yopla, then enter the address, username and password your provider gave you, or paste your M3U link. You can add several subscriptions.
Does catch-up work with my provider?
Yes, if your provider offers catch-up on the channel. They set how far back it goes, up to 7 days.
Does the free trial turn into a subscription?
No. The 3 days are free: nothing to pay, nothing to cancel. Then you choose: the yearly subscription, the lifetime purchase, or staying on free live TV.
Does Premium work on all my devices?
Yes, with the same Apple Account: iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. On a new device, tap Restore purchases in Settings › Yopla Premium.
My subscription allows only one connection.
That's fine. A film uses just one connection, and downloads pause while you watch.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your App Store account settings, under Subscriptions. Live TV and the guide stay free.
A channel doesn't work.
First check that it works elsewhere: it's often the provider. If it does, tap Report a problem under the player's error message. The attached report helps us find the cause.
